Test the machine before shipment .Within guarantee time, if any components are broken under normal condition, we can change for free.We can send our best technician to buyer's factory for installation, debugging and training.But buyer undertake charges of technician's Salary(USD120.0/DAY),Visa,Airplane ticket,Accommodations.

4. 2.How long is the warranty on the machine?
   

One year since machine was at buyer's factory but within 18 months against B/L date. We supply whole-life on line free after sales service.

3.How many years your factory established and how many workers you have？

Our factory established in 1987,more than 30 years.And we have about 35 workers in our factory now.

4.Can you export and supply the customs clearance documents we need?

We will co-operate with you in providing all the necessary documents for customs clearance, either electronically or on paper. We have been in the export business for many years and have the experience to help you with every transaction.

5.How do you ensure the quality of your products?

We have a special quality control department that can provide you with quality control reports. You can also send people or testing organisations to the factory for testing.
